Wine Dalibor

“Wine Dalibor” collection comprises the best wines of our cellars. White wines are distinguished for their typical variety character and fresh fruity to flower aroma. With the touch of tropical fruit, one may taste the wine acid deliciously combined with residual sugar. Red wines always maturing in the oak barrels smell like black fruit, coffee, chocolate, and wild berries. Thanks to the reduced harvest and high fruitiness of grapes from our vineyards is characterized by richness, density and full-bodied potency. Wines included in this collection are suitable for long term archiving. 

Fresh wine

“Fresh wine” collection represents white wines, rosé wines and clarets with higher primary aroma, lower alcohol content and fresh luscious acids. These wines for the whole evening consummation freshen up and evoke a good mood not only during hot summer nights. We recommend consuming them within two years. Red wines are no longer included in this collection.

Wine Selection

“Wine Selection” collection comprises of wines made out of grapes belonging to the top wine-growers from the Pálava region. This wine collection unique for its pleasant aroma, freshness and lightness is great for any occasion. Red wine varieties do not maturate in oak barrels but in corrosion proof tanks enabling to control the micro-oxidation and ensures the purity and lightness of the wine.

Straw wine

Straw wines constitute a rarity of our winery. They belong to the category of dessert wines. The straw wine is rich and known for its unique variety character combining pleasantly with residual sugar and beautiful fruity after taste.

The straw wine is made of grapes that have been dried in the sun on a bed of straw at least for three months after the harvest. During this process, part of the water in grapes dries out and the extractive substances concentrate. It is important to keep the grapes properly matured and unharmed. The gained stum (fruity extract) must show at least 27°NM. This wine is very sweet and usually also expensive for rarity and nobleness.
